Biographical information

Iryna Bekeshkina graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Kiev and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR. She has been working at the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine since its inception. In addition, Iryna Bekeshkina is the Director of the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives  Foundation. She has repeatedly been ranked in the list of top 100 most influential women according to various
magazines.
